Ingredients:
• Mushroom Stock Concentrate with Lion’s Mane
• Garofalo Orzo
• Godminster Black Truffle Howling Hound

• Levante Truffle Oil
• La Vera Pecorino
• Fresh Truffle

Method:

  1. Prepare the Mushroom Stock Concentrate according to directions.
  2. Add Garofalo Orzo and simmer until tender.
  3. Stir through a little Truffle Hill Truffle Jus for extra richness.
  4. Finish with grated Godminster Black Truffle Cheese.
  5. For the ultimate indulgence, finish with Levante Truffle Oil, La Vera Pecorino and freshly shaved truffle.
