Shipping & Delivery Information

At Fine Foods To You, we take pride in carefully packing and delivering premium imported cheese, gourmet hampers and artisan foods to customers Australia-wide.

Processing & Dispatch

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

During peak periods, promotions and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • VIC, SA & NSW: 2–3 business days
  • QLD, TAS, NT & Regional Areas: 2–5 business days
  • WA Metro: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

If you cannot locate your tracking details, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to assist.

Shipping Partners

We work with a range of trusted Australian carriers, including:

The most suitable carrier will be selected based on your order, location and delivery requirements.

Refrigerated & Perishable Products

We take great care when shipping refrigerated and perishable products.

Our chilled products are packed using insulated packaging and cooling materials designed to help maintain product quality during transit.

We recommend customers:

  • Monitor tracking information regularly
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Refrigerate chilled products immediately upon arrival

Please note that ice packs may thaw during transit and this does not necessarily indicate that the product is unsuitable for consumption.

While every effort is made to ensure products arrive in excellent condition, transit times and carrier handling are outside our control.

If you have concerns regarding the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of any damaged items

Our customer service team will review the matter promptly and work towards a suitable resolution.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is currently unavailable.

We are exploring future Click & Collect options from selected warehouse, market and pop-up locations. Any available collection options will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight and contents of your order.

Any advertised shipping promotions or free shipping offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.
