Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of any damaged items or packaging
Our customer service team will review the matter and work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Perishable Products
Due to food safety requirements, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on perishable products, including:
- Cheese
- Chilled products
- Fresh foods
- Other food products that require refrigeration
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the products received, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assess the situation.
Non-Perishable Products
Non-food items may be eligible for return if:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Sale Items
Sale, clearance and promotional items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
