Born in the Godminster kitchen, this bold recipe pairs chilli and garlic with organically aged cow’s milk cheddar, creating a cheese that is as playful as its name suggests.

The Devil’s Dance name recalls a village tale of a mysterious fiddler whose fiery music set the crowd ablaze with energy — perfectly matched to the chilli heat dancing through this cheddar.
